From idea to delivery in six simple steps

Email us your logo

Well, not just your logo… but any logos, graphics, or images that you want to use as part of your product design. Do you have layouts in mind? Are mockups already generated? Do you want to add themes, mottos, or phrases to your images?

You can give us a complete idea to put on our products, or you can give us all your ideas and allow our team to help craft some design suggestions. Either way, your custom products are one step closer

We send you some design ideas

After you give us a heads start with graphics, logos, images, and any other ideas you already have, our team will start working on some products ideas and mock-ups. Our team can either take your established designs and mock them up on products, or we can use your logos and some inspiration (provided by you of course) to generate different designs.

Our team will provide you with a number of design ideas to fit different product types, leaving you with the hardest job of all… making a choice.

Approve the designs you like

Choices are hard and at PhaseLine Outfitters we know that. To make things easier we build all custom storefronts with up four designs allowing you to use those designs on any number of products. Once you pick a design we will start building your store with the types of products you desire.

We create a webstore for your team

Do you want your team to be decked out with everything possible? PhaseLine Outfitters can host any number of products from hoodies and shirts, to high-top sneakers and leggings. But we encourage customers to start with a few items at first and then to dive into the deep end as the need for products grows.

Does that mean we will stop you from providing 100 items on your team’s merch store on day 1? Absolutely not… but we might say we told you so if your supporters are overwhelmed!

Along with your custom store, PhaseLine Outfitters will send you a marketing pack that includes flyers, posters, and cards to publicize your new merch. We will create custom QR codes to quickly direct users to your storefront and streamline publicizing your storefront.

Team members place individual orders

No more dealing with spreadsheets, soliciting for payments, or managing who wants what size polo shirt. With your storefront active and full of the products and designs you chose, team members can log on and fill their carts with the products they want.

Team members will select item sizes, decide their shipment preferences, and pay for items directly through your storefront. Nothing for you or your team to manage (at least when it comes to team merch).

Items are shipped directly to your team members

The beauty of your storefront becomes apparent once you realize that no one on your team has to manage bulk orders, lug heavy boxes, or mark off deliveries on spreadsheets. Items are shipped directly to your team members, ready for use.

Now all you have to do is plan the next casual Friday (or Wednesday if you feel crazy) and encourage your team to don their best team gear.
